PRAGMATIX

Pragmatix is an artist born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since childhood he played guitar, and around 2001 he discovered electronic music. Listening to bands like Hux Flux, Logic Bomb, Hallucinogen and Infected Mushroom, his head and soul opened — and in a matter of time he began producing his own music. Using music as his spiritual path and creative expression, Pragmatix quickly became one of the most important artists in South America.

Filled with creative, original and psychedelic tracks — including collaborations with several legendary artists and a glimpse of his dub side — his style combines mysterious, dark atmospheres with colorful, playful psychedelic melodies, playing with different textures and a lot of groove. In 2013 he released his debut album, "The Invisible Object," through Rizoma Records.

He has played outdoor and indoor parties across the globe — Australia, Brazil, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, France, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Malta, Chile, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic and more — appearing on several top-ten charts and touring on a respected, global schedule. He has played some of the biggest festivals in the world, including Boom Festival, Antaris Festival, Rainbow Serpent Festival, Universo Paralello Festival, Freqs of Nature Festival, Jungala Festival, Transcendence Festival, Summer Never Ends Festival and Somuna Festival.

Pragmatix é o projeto do músico argentino Jorge Uema, de Buenos Aires. O renomado produtor de trance psicodélico também é label manager da gravadora Rizoma Records. Usando a música como seu caminho espiritual e de expressão criativa, ele rapidamente se tornou um dos artistas mais promissores da América do Sul. Desde sua adolescência tocou violão e, por volta de 2001, descobriu a música eletrônica, ouvindo bandas como Hux Flux, Logic Bomb, Hallucinogen e Infected Mushroom.

Repleto de faixas criativas, originais e psicodélicas, incluindo colaborações com diversos artistas renomados, seu estilo combina bastante groove, sensações místicas e profundas, atmosferas psicodélicas e melodias inteligentes. Em 2013 lançou pela Rizoma Records seu álbum de debut, "The Invisible Object."

Atualmente tem tocado em open airs e indoors espalhados pelo planeta — Austrália, Brasil, Japão, Alemanha, Suíça, Israel, França, Itália, Lituânia, México, Grécia, Áustria, Hungria, Malta, Chile, Espanha, Portugal, República Tcheca, entre outros.
